Cancellation Policy for Kerala
To cancel your booking, please send us your request at least 30 days before your travel date. This applies to packages where at least 30% of the payment has been made upfront. Keep in mind, cancellation charges may apply depending on how much we can recover from our vendors like hotels, flights, and others.
Refund Terms
- If you cancel 30 or more days before your arrival: Full refund, excluding tax
- If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before your arrival: 50% cancellation charge, and the remaining balance will be refunded
- If you cancel less than 13 days before your arrival: No refund, as it’s a 100% cancellation charge
Refunds will be processed through online transactions within 30 days after we receive your cancellation request.
